Full Vehicle High-energy Scan to Engineering Insights

Detroit based Automotive Benchmarking and Engineering solutions company Caresoft Global will demonstrate their technology and process to derive engineering insights of a full vehicle from High-energy scan at The Battery Show Europe and Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo.

Going beyond just teardown, the company has developed an ingenious way to derive CAD data of competitive vehicle and its components using High-energy scan and combine it with benchmarking processes to provide usable engineering data for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The company provides full vehicle CAD, advance engineering analysis such as CAE, CFD, DFA reports, electrical systems with costing, performance testing, and much more. The company has catalogued detailed benchmarking information for the Tesla Model X, the 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV and, even the recently launched Tesla Model 3.


Caresoft will park a company owned Tesla Model 3 at the expo and demonstrate the benchmarking process and data obtained for the car. Further, Caresoft will showcase an immersive Virtual Reality demo where guests can virtually interact and inspect each sub-assembly of the car. Guests can also experience the battery systems, power management and electronics of the Tesla Model X, Model 3 and Chevrolet Bolt in virtual reality.
