NEW: Swapcard Sponsor Leads Reporting

Swapcard offers visual and stylised reporting which includes full analysis from a real-time dashboard. Choose to share or not share certain data points with your sponsors at your discretion. If selected, sponsors can have access to their own dashboard during and after the event that allows them to see leads and data in real-time, push data to their CRM or team members, and download excel files.

Within Swapcard, exhibitors can create company profiles (i.e. “booths”) with brand identity. Here, participants can browse the options you provide. Company profiles include an embedded YouTube video (with gold sponsorship), website URLs, unlimited company representatives, session/webinar overview, chat capabilities, meeting scheduler, and product catalogue.
