Q: How much does it cost to attend the expo?

A: Expo admission is €49 for qualified registrants. Fees will start from €249 for non-exhibiting manufacturers.

Q: I’m a start-up, how do I meet investors? 

A: We recommend the Start-up Sessions at the Investor Forum - by application only, opportunity to connect battery start-ups with active investors to facilitate opportunities of growth and developing innovation in the European industry, on afternoon of Day 2. Q: How to I receive my pass or ticket?  

A: Please register for the pass that best fits your needs [new pre-reg landing page] You will then be sent a QR code to use at the registration desk onsite to receive your printed badge. 

 

Q: Can you bill me using an invoice instead of online card? 

A: Yes, please get in touch via e-mail and we will send a dedicated registration link to receive an invoice for payment.

Exhibitors

Q: I want to exhibit, how do I sign up? 

A: Please Register Your Interest in addition to the booth, you can explore the Expo show floor for free and access to conference is offered at a 50% discount.  

 

Q: I’m an exhibitor, how do I prepare for the show? 

A: Visit our Exhibitor Centre page where you will have access to a range of tools including the Exhibitor Portal, allowing you to order services and utilities, register all staff members attending and promote your presence at the show to clients and prospects with the Customer Invites Programme.

Q: I want to invite guests, how do I do this? 

A: Exhibitors can invite their guests by logging into the exhibitor portal and using the “promote your presence at the show” feature. The Customer invitation dashboard allows exhibitors to send invites to their guests with discount codes for the tickets.

 

Q: I want to build awareness about exhibiting at the show, do you have marketing materials I can use? 

A: Yes, you can download the email banners and logo to promote your presence at the show, please visit the “Customer invitation dashboard” in the Exhibitor portal. Exhibitors can also access their Customer Invites Programme using the following link: Get My Promo Tools.

 

Q: Can I have early access to set up my booth? 

A: Please email us and we can get you in touch by e-mail and we will put you in touch with the operations team to arrange early access. 


Q: What is my exhibitor username and password for online registration?

A: The login belongs to the logistics contact we have on file for your company. If a password is needed, click the Forgot Password link to set up your account.

Plan Your Visit

Q: Are you travelling from outside Germany or Europe?  

A: The show is situated walking distance from Stuttgart International airport, plus public transport is free with the StuttCard which you receive after registration. Please get you in touch by e-mail and we will provide the correct link for a Visa application. For full details on travel arrangement, please visit our Plan Your Visit page.


Q: Can you recommend a hotel?

A: You can plan your visit and get information on special room rates for the official show hotels. Also, you may find it helpful to contact the city convention services and tourist bureau for local restaurant and ratings information.


Q: I need a Visa letter to travel. How do I get one?

A: You can receive an invitation letter in 3 steps:

  1. Register for the show. If you have not registered, do it here.
  2. Make a note of the registration key that you will receive in the registration confirmation e-mail.
  3. Use your registration key, received in your confirmation email to access your Visa invitation letter from the appropriate link below:

At the Show 

Q: It’s a big event, what is the best way to navigate the show? 

A: Easier Navigation: The expo and conference are now more concentrated, making it easier to discover the answers you need with less time spent getting around. We suggest familiarising yourself before you arrive. Here is a handy tool to see the exhibitors on the Show Floor Map There will also be maps posted across the halls. 

 

Q: How do I use my time efficiently during the show? 

A: Please visit My Show Planner to schedule meetings with exhibitors ahead of time. You can also add meetings when the event app launches. 

 

Q: What are the networking opportunities? 

A: Please see all the exciting activities we have planned to connect you with new clients, esteemed peers and suppliers on our Networking & Experiences page. Also, printed badges are back by community demand for a smoother experience. 


Q: Where can I find a detailed list of exhibitors?

Q: Do you have community/social networking outside the show? 

A: Yes, on Day 2 we have a Thermal Runaway 5K in collaboration with Volta Foundation. Further details including signing up are available on our Networking & Experiences page. If you are participating in the run, please arrive at 7:15am outside the East Entrance, the run starts at 7:30am.

 

Q: Do you offer cloakrooms? 

A: Yes, you can store coats at the cloakroom at Messe Stuttgart, the cost is €2 per item.  We recommend arriving early if you have small luggage to be stored.


Q: Can I bring my child to the expo? How about a well-trained pet?

A: For safety, insurance, and security reasons, no one under the age of 16 is permitted in the expo halls or conference meeting rooms at our show. There are no childcare services available onsite. Only utility animals for the physically challenged are permitted. Please contact us at +44 (0) 20 7921 8166 if you require special assistance in order to attend our event.


Q: How do I get on the mailing list for next year’s expo?

A: If you register for one of our shows, you will be added to the mailing list for that particular event and will receive information regarding next year's show as it becomes available. If you would like to be added to the mailing list for our other events, complete the online registration inquiry form for that event. Q: How do I pre-register for the expo?

A: Registration is open for The Battery Show Europe 2026. Get your pass now.


Q: What if I don't pre-register for the expo?

A: You can register onsite for an Expo pass, however,  fees will rise to €99 and you may encounter a short wait time.


Q: If I attended the show last year do I need to register again for this year's show?

A: Yes, you must register for every show you plan to attend.


Q: When will I receive registration confirmation?

A: An email confirmation should be received within 24 hours of registering.


Q: Can I check if my registration has been confirmed on your website?

A: Yes, you can view and/or update your registration information by returning to the registration website and entering your email address and password.


Q: I registered online and received a confirmation of a barcode, what do I do now?

A: You will be issued with an email with a QR code which you will need to present at the registration desk in order to get your printed badge.


Q: How do I get a correction on my badge?

A: Go to a Registration Customer Service counter at the Registration area on-site, and corrections will be made and printed for you there. There is no charge to have your badge corrected and reprinted.


Q: Is there a fee for a replacement badge?

A: No, a replacement badge may be printed for free at any Registration Customer Service counter in the Registration area with proper identification.
